Good to know.
What counts as a patch install?
One device downloading one patch. A device that opens your app ten times still counts once per patch, and checking for updates is always free. Releases, previews and dry runs don't count.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Your app never stops working, and devices keep the patch they already have. On Pro and Business, extra installs are billed at the rate shown above, or you can move to a bigger plan. On Hobby, we'll ask you to upgrade before new patches go out to more devices.
Which currency will I pay in?
Teams in India pay in rupees, other countries in US dollars. Prices in rupees don't include 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your GST invoice.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. The yearly price is charged once, up front.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from the dashboard. An upgrade starts right away. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your apps keep working on the Hobby plan after that.
Do my users ever pay or see anything?
No. Patches download in the background, and your app decides whether to show anything at all.
